We wanted to take a moment this morning to pay tribute to a dear friend and important member of our community, Gregory Tate. He lost his battle with cancer on Sunday. Tate was co-founder, co-artistic director and production manager for the Hartbeat Ensemble, a Hartford based theater company that creates performances that deal with tough social issues, and use the words and stories of people from in and around the capital city.
